Living in the Now Moment

The most difficult prison to break out of is a mental prison. The mind, just like a prison can become a lace of Confinement, Limitation, Solitude and Suffering. True mental freedom happens when believers learn to live in the now moment. However, all too often we are held in the prison of the past or that of the future robbing us of every present opportunity.

Living in the Past
22:30
The past is a prison we often live in through the principle of Association. Being marked by a heavy past many believer keep going back in time as they come across situations in the present that remind them of the hell they have been through. This stops from flourishing in the present, and rather keeps them imprisoned in the past through fear.

Living in the Future (Part 1)

The future can also become a prison for the minds of believers. This happens as we live in religious fanatical expectations. Often, these ‘future bound’ believers can’t seize daily opportunities, because… ‘God didn’t tell me that’, or ‘I am expecting something great from God, not this small stuff’. It is the opportunities in the NOW, that provide us with Great Faith Expectations. To miss the now moment yet expect greatness in the future is plain stupidity.
